- Previous experience working in an EYFS setting (nursery or school)
- A relevant qualification in Early Years or Supporting Teaching & Learning (e.g. Level 2/3) is desirable
- A strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum and child development
- A caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach
- A valid DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
