- Previous experience working with children in a school, childcare or similar setting

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
- A genuine passion for supporting children’s learning and development
- An enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one
- Relevant Teaching Assistant qualifications are desirable but not essential
