Desian Education are proud to be supporting an extremely well-regarded high school in Warrington that is at the heart of its local community as they require and experience and motivated teaching assistant to join their team on a full-time temporary basis. This is a long-term position that will last until at least the end of the academic year.
Your new role
As a teaching assistant within this school, you will be joining a highly experienced KS4 cohort and work in collaboration with the pastoral team. You will regularly liaise with class teachers on pupil attainment needs to aid in the development of tailored interventions in core subjects and required areas. You will deliver these interventions on a 1:1 and small group basis including intense sessions to small groups of lower ability pupils within a separate classroom. Other duties will include:
