Reception teacher – January start

Desian Education is delighted to be working with a welcoming and supportive single form entry primary school in Warrington that is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Reception Teacher to join their team from January.

This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate EYFS practitioner who is committed to providing high-quality learning experiences and helping children make a positive start to their educational journey. The role is suitable for both experienced teachers and ECTs who are eager to develop their careers within a nurturing school environment.

Your new role

• Full-time Reception Teacher position
• Starting January
• Deliver engaging and creative lessons in line with the EYFS Framework
• Create a stimulating and inclusive learning environment
• Assess, monitor and support children’s progress and development
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents and support staff to ensure the best outcomes for pupils

What you will need

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Experience teaching within EYFS.
• A strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum and child development.
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
• A creative and nurturing teaching style.
• High expectations for all pupils.
• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
