Are you a motivated and caring Teaching Assistant looking for your next role within a friendly primary school? We are currently recruiting on behalf of a welcoming school in Knowsley that is seeking a committed Teaching Assistant to join their team after the October half-term break.

The successful candidate will provide classroom support, contribute a positive learning environment, and work alongside teachers to help pupils achieve their full potential.

The Role 

• Assisting the class teacher in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons
• Supporting pupils with their learning across a range of curriculum areas
• Working with small intervention groups and providing targeted support where needed
• Encouraging confidence, independence, and positive engagement in learning
• Helping to maintain a safe, supportive, and stimulating classroom environment
• Supporting pupils’ social and emotional development throughout the school day

Requirements:

• Previous experience working with children, ideally within a school setting
• A positive, flexible, and enthusiastic attitude
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• The ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
• A genuine passion for supporting children in their education
• Relevant qualifications are desirable but not essential
