We are currently recruiting on behalf of a welcoming and supportive primary school in St Helens for a dedicated KS2 Teaching Assistant to join their team ASAP on a full-time, long-term basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Teaching Assistant who is passionate about supporting pupils in Key Stage 2 and helping them to achieve their full potential, particularly in preparation for Year 6 SATs.
The RoleÂ
As a KS2 Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with class teachers to support teaching and learning across Key Stage 2, with a particular focus on Year 6 pupils. You will provide targeting interventions, supported SATs preparation, and assist pupils who require additional support, including those with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
