Are you an experienced and passionate Teaching Assistant looking for a rewarding role within a supportive primary school setting?
We are currently recruiting for a full-time KS1 Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Knowsley from September 2026. This is a long-term opportunity supporting a pupil with additional needs while also undertaking wider classroom support responsibilities.
The Role
The successful candidate will primarily provide 1:1 support for a KS1 pupil with additional needs, helping them to access learning, develop social skills, build confidence and achieve their individual targets. In addition, you will support the class teacher with general Teaching Assistant duties and contribute to creating a positive, inclusive learning environment.
