Year 1 teacher

Desian Education are proud to be working in partnership with a welcoming and successful primary school in Warrington that is seeking an enthusiastic and committed Year 1 Teacher to join their team on a long-term supply basis, starting after the October half term.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an inspiring teacher to join a supportive school environment where children are encouraged to achieve their full potential both academically and personally. The successful candidate will take responsibility for a Year 1 class, delivering engaging and creative lessons that support pupils through this important stage of their learning journey.

Your new role

You will be responsible for planning, delivering and assessing high-quality lessons in line with the Key Stage 1 curriculum. Working closely with colleagues and support staff, you will create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where young learners can thrive.

What you will need:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Recent experience teaching across KS1
• Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willing to obtain one)
• Satisfactory References
