EYFS teacher

Desian Education is delighted to be recruiting for a dedicated and enthusiastic EYFS Teacher to join a welcoming and thriving two-form entry primary school in South Warrington on a long-term supply basis, starting after the October half term.

This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate Early Years practitioner who is committed to providing engaging, child-centred learning experiences and helping children make a positive start to their educational journey.

Your new role

As the successful EYFS Teacher, you will:

• Deliver high-quality teaching and learning within the Early Years Foundation Stage.
• Create a nurturing, stimulating and inclusive classroom environment.
• Plan and deliver creative lessons that support children’s development across all areas of learning.
• Monitor, assess and record pupil progress effectively.
• Build positive relationships with pupils, parents, colleagues and the wider school community.
• Contribute to the wider life of the school and work collaboratively within a supportive EYFS team.

What you will need

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Experience teaching within EYFS.
• A strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum and child development.
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
• A creative and nurturing teaching style.
• High expectations for all pupils.
  A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
