Desian Education are working closely with a welcoming and supportive school in Northwich who are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated SEND Teacher to join their team on a long-term basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate teacher who is committed to supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities, helping them to achieve their full potential in a nurturing and inclusive learning environment.

The Role

As the successful SEND Teacher, you will:

• Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to the individual needs of pupils with SEND.
• Create a positive and supportive classroom environment where all children can thrive.
• Work closely with teaching assistants, SENCOs, parents, and external agencies to ensure the best outcomes for pupils.
• Monitor, assess, and track pupil progress effectively.
• Promote confidence, independence, and social development.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Experience working with pupils with a range of SEND needs.
• Strong behaviour management and communication skills.
• A patient, caring, and adaptable approach.
• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
• The ability to build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and families.
