Year 3 teacher

Desian Education are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a welcoming and supportive 2 form entry primary school in Northwich for a talented and enthusiastic Year 3 Teacher to join their team on a long term supply basis starting after the October half term.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced teacher or an ambitious ECT looking to gain valuable experience within a well-established school that prides itself on providing high-quality learning opportunities for all pupils.

Your new role

As the Year 3 Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and creative lessons that inspire pupils and support them as they progress through Key Stage 2. You will work closely with the parallel Year 3 teacher and wider teaching team to ensure consistently high standards across the year group.

What you need to succeed

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Have recent experience teaching within a primary school setting.
• Demonstrate strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
• Deliver engaging lessons that motivate and challenge learners.
• Be committed to raising pupil attainment and progress.
• Work effectively as part of a collaborative school team.
• Have a positive, proactive, and flexible approach to teaching.
