This school require an experience and reliable teaching assistant to support across the pre-school and reception classes.

 

Your new role

Within this role you will work in collaboration with the pre-school and reception class teachers as to ensure that each pupil reaches their full academic and developmental potential. You will play an integral part in the development of pupils by:

  • Planning and delivering phonics interventions using RWI scheme
  • Use of learn through play to support social and emotional development
  • Implementing positive behaviour strategies including positive reinforcement and Now & Next
  • Tracking pupil progress through learning journeys and recognising key milestones

 

What you need to succeed

To be considered in your application, you must:

  • Have full “Right to Work” in the UK
  • Referenceable experience support in an EYFS class
  • Be at least Level 3 Children’s Care Learning and Development or equivalent qualified

Reception Teaching Assistant
