Your new role

• Full-time, long-term position
• Teaching a Year 4 class within a supportive and friendly school environment
• Planning, delivering and assessing engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum
• Creating a positive and inclusive classroom culture
• Working closely with colleagues, parents and support staff to ensure the best outcomes for pupils
• Maintaining high expectations for behaviour, progress and achievement

What you’ll need

• Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Has experience teaching within Key Stage 2.
• Demonstrates excellent classroom management skills.
• Is committed to raising standards and improving outcomes for all learners.
• Has strong communication and organisational skills.
• Brings enthusiasm, flexibility and a positive attitude to the classroom.
