The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons, maintaining high expectations, and creating a positive learning environment where pupils can thrive.

Your new role

As the Year 4 Teacher, you will:

• Deliver high-quality lessons in line with the Key Stage 2 curriculum.
• Create an engaging and inclusive classroom environment.
• Differentiate learning to meet the needs of all pupils.
• Assess and monitor pupil progress effectively.
• Build positive relationships with pupils, staff and parents.
• Support pupils’ academic, social and emotional development.
• Contribute positively to the wider school community during your placement.

What you’ll need

• Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Has experience teaching within Key Stage 2.
• Demonstrates excellent classroom management skills.
• Is committed to raising standards and improving outcomes for all learners.
• Has strong communication and organisational skills.
• Brings enthusiasm, flexibility and a positive attitude to the classroom.
