SEN Experience: Proven experience working 1:1 with SEN pupils within a primary school setting is essential.
Specialist Knowledge: A strong understanding of ASD and how to adapt tasks to meet learning difficulties.
Character: You must be naturally nurturing, calm under pressure, and skilled at de-escalating heightened behaviours.
Safeguarding: An enhanced DBS on the Update Service is required to ensure a smooth transition into the school for the new term.

The Package
This is a full-time, long-term position, offering you the chance to build a meaningful bond with the pupil and see their progress first-hand throughout the remainder of the academic year and beyond.
