Desian Education is working in partnership with a welcoming and creative three-form entry primary school in Widnes to recruit a Year 4 Class Teacher for a fixed-term position from February half term until July.
This is a lovely class within a school that prides itself on being highly creative and arts-led, with a strong emphasis on enrichment, creativity, and pupil voice. The school serves a challenging catchment area and is looking for a teacher who is committed, nurturing, and able to build positive relationships with pupils.
The successful candidate will:
Be a qualified Primary Teacher (QTS)
Have experience in Key Stage 2, ideally Year 4
Be passionate about inclusive education and supporting children from diverse backgrounds
Bring creativity and enthusiasm to the classroom
Be confident working as part of a large, collaborative team in a three-form entry setting
ECTs are welcome to apply, although applicants should be aware that formal ECT terms may not be able to be completed within this placement. This role would, however, provide valuable classroom experience within a supportive and well-established school.
